High Roller Casino verification checklist
Prepare the identity, address and payment evidence High Roller publishes before opening the account Documents Section. Each check below connects one account request to the right original file.
This independent affiliate guide is not the casino operator. Sponsored links may open a partner offer, so confirm the destination brand and current terms before sharing personal details.
FILE
Evidence note, 14 August 2026: material document and timing statements come from High Roller's published Document Verification help article. Follow the request shown in your own account.
Start with the request inside your account
High Roller says an account may prompt for documents, and the files must be current, valid and match the information supplied at sign-up. Read that request before choosing a file. It should show whether the account needs identity, address, face or payment-method evidence. A passport proves identity but does not automatically prove a current residential address, while a bank statement cannot replace photo ID unless the request says so.
Copy the wording into a private note before you begin. If it is unclear, use the existing support route rather than guessing or sending extra records. Never send verification files through a social-media message or an address reached from an unsolicited link. A smaller submission that answers the stated request is easier to review than a folder of unrelated documents.
Match the account details exactly
The document must match the information supplied during sign-up. Check spelling, middle names, birth date and residential address before upload. A nickname, old address or transposed number can turn a readable record into a mismatch. Do not edit the document to make it agree with the account. Ask support how to correct the profile when the account itself contains an error.
- Full legal name uses the same spelling and order
- Birth date agrees with the account record
- Residential address is the one currently registered
- Payment-owner name belongs to the account holder
Use the printed details as your reference, including macrons, hyphens or multiple surnames where the form supports them. If a utility or bank record still uses an older address, choose another accepted category instead of cropping away the line. Matching the account cleanly is part of proving ownership and reduces avoidable follow-up after the file reaches review.
Choose an accepted proof of identity
The help article lists a government-issued ID card, driving licence or passport. It asks for both sides of an ID card or driving licence and both pages of a passport. The visible record must contain the full name, birth date, photograph and expiry date. Pick the current document that presents those four fields most clearly.
Do not assume the front of a licence is enough simply because it holds the portrait. The reverse may carry information needed for the check. A passport image should show the complete requested pages without fingers covering the machine-readable zone. Wipe the camera lens, use a plain surface and keep the original document until the account confirms the outcome.
Capture the original without cropping or editing
The published identity list rejects screenshots, cropped documents, edited documents, scanned documents and expired documents. A filter, background-removal tool or automatic perspective crop can alter the file even when the text looks clear. Show the complete boundary and keep reflections away from the portrait, expiry date and identifying numbers.
- Four edges stay inside the frame
- Small print remains readable at normal size
- No glare crosses a required field
- No app filter changes the image
Open the finished image before upload. If the smallest line is blurred, take another photo in better light rather than sharpening it in an editor. Check the orientation as well. A sideways file may be complete but unnecessarily difficult to assess. On a phone, use a normal camera capture rather than passing the document through another app first.
Prepare for face verification
High Roller's guidance says it may request a photo of you holding the ID beside your face. Use the same valid ID unless the account asks for something else. Stand in even light, keep the face unobstructed and make sure your hand does not cover the portrait or the identifying details on the document.
- Face and ID are both in focus
- ID sits beside the face, not over it
- Required details remain readable
- The photo follows the account prompt
A face check is not the place for portrait blur, a beauty filter or mirrored text. Submit it only through the account path named in the operator's instructions. If mobility, accessibility or camera limitations prevent the requested pose, ask support for an appropriate alternative instead of sending a partial image with no explanation.
Select the right proof of address
The published categories are a gas, water or electricity bill; a bank statement or bank letter; a health, car or house insurance bill; or a government document such as a tax letter. High Roller says the file must show your full name, address, date and the issuer's logo. Compare all four fields with the account profile.
| Published category | Examples | Required context |
|---|---|---|
| Utility | Gas, water, electricity | Name, address, date and issuer logo |
| Bank | Statement or bank letter | |
| Insurance | Health, car or house bill | |
| Government | Tax or other official letter |
The help article says proof of address may be an original PDF or an image of a paper document. Download the original file from the issuer rather than printing a screen. If using a paper letter, photograph the full sheet so the issuer and date remain in context. Do not assemble pieces of two documents into one image.
Avoid address files the list rejects
The address instructions specifically reject internet bills, mobile bills, transaction lists, receipts and payslips. They also reject screenshots, cropped files, edited files and scanned documents. A record can show your address and still sit outside the accepted category. Check the document type before checking only whether your name appears on it.
If your first choice is excluded, move to another published category such as a power bill, bank letter, insurance bill or government letter. Do not remove the heading that identifies a rejected file. When none of the listed documents is available, ask account support what current alternative it can accept. This independent guide cannot invent an exception.
Prove ownership of the payment method
For payment-method evidence, the help article says a valid file is usually the latest monthly bank statement or proof of bank account. It should contain the bank account number, full name, bank logo and date. Use a record issued by the bank rather than a transaction receipt or banking-app screenshot.
ONE OWNER
The payment section rejects screenshots, transaction receipts, cropped, edited and scanned documents. It accepts an original PDF or an image of a paper document; the article says a paper bank record must be signed and stamped by the bank on all pages. Upload only through the operator's protected account area after confirming the domain.
Handle a card-verification image carefully
High Roller's help page says that after a card deposit, sending an image of the credit card is often sufficient. The exact fields required should come from the prompt in your account. Confirm that you are in the genuine Documents Section before preparing the upload, and do not email a complete card image to an unverified address.
The masked visual is a privacy reminder, not a statement of the operator's exact masking policy. Follow the live request about which digits and name fields must remain visible. Never reveal a PIN, online-banking password or one-time code. Card evidence should prove ownership, not provide access to the account.
Upload in Documents and watch your email
The first-party article directs players to the account Documents Section. It says uploaded files are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours and the outcome is sent by email. Treat that as the published review window, not a guarantee that every case ends at the same moment. An unreadable file or mismatch may require another step.
Keep any confirmation or reference number the account provides. Check the registered email address and its spam folder. Avoid uploading the same file repeatedly while a review is pending. If the stated window passes without an outcome, contact support through the known account path and quote the upload date.
Treat a rejection as a specific correction
A rejected file does not tell you to send every record you own. Read the reason and correct that defect. Preparation problems can include a missing reverse side, clipped edge, unreadable date, account-name mismatch or unsupported category. The exact reason must come from the operator's message.
If the message is vague, ask support which field or format failed. Do not edit the rejected record to conceal the problem. Replace a cropped statement with the original PDF or a complete photo. Resolve a profile mismatch through support. One clean correction gives the reviewer a clearer comparison than several speculative alternatives.
Keep verification files private
Verification evidence contains identity, address and financial details. Store it in a private folder while the check is active, keep the device locked, and remove unnecessary copies when you no longer need them. Do not upload records to public file shares or paste them into chats. Confirm the domain before every submission, especially when arriving from search or email.
If you expect to withdraw, preparing valid records can help you respond accurately when asked, but it does not change withdrawal terms or guarantee approval. Check the live account for any separate request. Use the login guide for access problems and the responsible gambling information for limits and support.
Run the final High Roller verification check
Before upload, compare the prompt with the file at normal size. It should belong to the account holder, fit a published category, show every required field, remain current and appear as the complete original. Check the reverse side or second page where required. Make sure the account details match and the file opens correctly.
- Prompt read and category matched
- Required fields and complete edges visible
- Original file opens without edits
- Known account domain confirmed
This checklist does not replace the live request. High Roller can ask for evidence relevant to a particular account, and the operator's current instructions control what it accepts. If the destination brand, request or support channel does not match what you expected, stop before sharing data. Return to the NZ information hub or the established support route instead.
